Remote Assistance
If necessary we can provide remote assistance to help you resolve a problem such as configuring email by logging into your system remotely.
For remote login assistance, we use RemotePC for a secure support session. To initiate a session, go to www.remotepc.com and, scroll down to the bottom screen, and enter a six digit pin code that we will provide you.

Emergencies:
If your site is down or not working, and you can’t get thru to us on our phone line, dial the office phone number at 845.371.3603, wait for the recording and phone to ring, and after the second message press the 5 key. This will attempt to locate us on our cell phones. Please only reserve this option for emergencies.
